Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your right to cancel

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in UK law), you have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your delivery, without giving any reason.

2. How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day period by email at info@rinsingflushener.shop or by telephone at +44-20-0000-0000, stating your name, order reference and the reason for return (optional). We will provide return instructions and a return address.

3. Condition of returned items

Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of food supplement products that have been opened or partially used, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

4. Refund process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for your original purchase (or an agreed alternative for cash-on-delivery orders). We will confirm the refund by email.

5. Non-returnable situations

We are unable to offer a refund in the following circumstances: the 14-day return window has passed; the product has been opened (unless faulty); the product was purchased from a third-party retailer (returns must go through the original seller).

6. Faulty or incorrectly supplied products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately at info@rinsingflushener.shop. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including any return postage.
